Sarhex AI was founded on an observation: businesses were being sold AI excitement and delivered demos. We built the opposite — an engineering consultancy where outcomes are defined before code is written, and where 'no, you don't need that' is a complete sentence.

That gap is exactly where Sarhex AI works. Srinivas
Founder & Principal AI Engineer
Sarhex AI is led by Srinivas, an AI engineer with years of hands-on experience building automation, AI agents, and machine-learning systems that run inside real businesses — in production, under load, where excuses don't survive contact with a Monday morning.
He works at both altitudes: at home in the details of models, data pipelines, and system integrations, and equally at home explaining them to a boardroom in plain English. That combination — deep engineering plus honest business translation — is rare in the AI industry, and it's the foundation this company is built on.
Every Sarhex AI engagement is personally led by Srinivas, from the first call to long after launch. No hand-offs to juniors, no account managers in between: the person who scopes your outcome is the person accountable for delivering it.
